WABF Business Makeover
To celebrate the launch of the WABF website we are awarding one enterprising member company a business makeover and mentor support for six months. The aim is to show how the use of local business support services can make a real difference to your business.
The business makeover will start with a get-to-know-you meeting with an experienced mentor who will listen to your issues and guide and partner you through the complete six-month process. After the initial meeting a plan of action will be agreed with you which will address your business as a whole and select four key issues for further specialist support.
These may include finance and investment; product or service design; product or service delivery and premises; sales process; pricing; competition; innovation; marketing; customer communications; public relations; trademarks and patents; contracts & negotiation; staff & employment; quality assurance; security; management structure; business planning; exit strategy. Or there may be other issues which can also be addressed.
Each selected issue will be addressed by an appropriate WABF business partner through a professional and experienced advisor. Your mentor will always be there too to provide continuity and support.
Typically you will meet your mentor twice in the first month and then monthly after that with a selected business partner. The mentor will also be available between meetings by phone or email. All the information will be confidential, however WABF would like to conduct a Case Study to be used for publication.
You will be asked to give feedback about the process and the quality of the advice and guidance as we wish to make it as effective as possible.
If you would like to in chance of this fantastic offer, please provide 50 words or less and giving us reason why your company should be selected.
